We have an immediate opening for the below position with one of our premium clients Job Title : Business Analyst (Digital Banking (Corporate, Community banking and Investment Banking)) Work Location & Reporting Address : Chicago or Minneapolis Minimum years of Experience: 6+ years Detailed Job Description: Must Have: good experiences working in Digital Banking (Corporate, Community banking and Investment Banking) subdomains Must be familiar with API integration process. Knowledge of Small Business Account Opening, NCR Terafina platform will be an advantage. As a Senior Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Qualifications Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 6 years of experience with Information Technology. Location for this position is Chicago, IL. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.. Preferred Experiences Minimum 5 + years experience as Business Analyst in the Banking / Digital application. Strong understanding of online banking, online account opening, open banking architecture and reusable APIs which shall be used across digital channels. Understand the technical mapping elements and mapping of request and responses Highly articulating to communicate at leadership level. Must be experience in Scaled Agile or similar Agile framework. Support the Product Owner and scrum teams priorities in PI planning, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies, working in collaboration with core technical team, product managers, experience design, & a variety of technology partners Good understanding of business process and effectively use Design principals and automation to optimize the process Align with product managers to clearly articulate product strategy to the scrum team and define MVP along based on prioritization techniques. Operate with little supervision and troubleshoot complex problems, to recommend appropriate actions Partner with solution architects and other technical leads to ensure their solutions effectively address program priorities while balancing client experience and technical integrity Write user stories & groom the scrum teams backlog; in partnership with the team Manage release-specific business documents, such as support models, go/no-go approvals, internal release notes, and more Provide product demos to key stakeholders Lead production business validations, in partnership with product managers Partner with scrum teams on rollout and post-production support Good understanding of Digital and Core Banking application and understands the interfaces around it. Developed specific data mapping, policies and procedures for digital retail/commercial products Coordinate with testing partners and execute functional test cases At least 5 years of experience in requirement elicitation techniques like JAD/sessions, workshops, interviews, surveys etc. At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis tools like HP ALM and MS Visio At least 3 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment At least 3 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
