Title: Technical Information Sr. Security Scrum Master Location: Remote Duration: 12+ months plus possible extensions Job Description: Must have: Executive level reporting, program management, senior scrum master, experience of scaled agile framework - SAFe. Must have: infosec encryption or cryptography. Required Skills: Technical Information Security Scrum Master - Required Skills and Requirements: 1. Scrum Master with minimum of 5 years of experience of successful product/services delivery within Fortune 200 Information Security domain 2. Certified in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe): SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master certifications 3. Minimum of 2 years of experience of working as a SAFe Scrum Master - within an Agile Release Train (ART) 4. Minimum of 2 years of experience of working with Atlassian tools JIRA and Confluence 5. Mandatory: must have been a Scrum Master for AWS Cloud team 6. Any AWS certifications are nice to have 7. Conversant with other cloud technologies such as Azure or GC 8. Experience with Security Architecture 9. Experience with conducting and facilitating technology proof of concepts 10. Coverage: 8A x 5P ET, Monday Fridays except Synchrony observed holidays. 11. Delivery Location: Remote U.S.-based Project Details 12. This SM will be working with between one and three SAFe Agile teams 13. The Information Security ART is now in its seventh program increment 14. SM will be responsible for delivering: Cross-functional collaboration & integration with multiple IS teams/IS ART, IS Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Kanban Leaders, SYF-wide IT ecosystem of SAFe & Agile initiatives, & IT PMO - to ensure effective delivery, oversight & transparency for relentless improvement in productivity, flow & quality. Skilled in operating within the context of a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART). Understands that a shared vision & direction is responsible for delivering solution outcomes & assists Product Owners, Release Train Engineer, Agile teams and IS management in this respect. Well versed in all Scrum/SAFe ceremonies: Daily Standups, Backlog maintenance and Grooming, Sprint Planning and Review, Release Planning, Demos & Retrospectives, Scrum-of-Scrums, Inspect and Adapt event, and PI Planning.
