About the Role: As an Administrative Assistant supporting our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing day to day functions for our executives, as well as, office workflow. Key Responsibilities: Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executives behalf Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records both electronic and physically Performing minor accounting duties Managing inbound/outbound office mail, executive level calendars management, office meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before escorting them to the appropriate department Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for the executive team Track and replace office/break room supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures May be required to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment Supporting events coordinator with event management, including but not limited to, order event supplies, onsite support, and assisting with communication Key Qualifications: Intellectual curiosity, diversity of experience and innovative problem-solving acumen. Highschool Degree or GED Project management skills, multi-tasking, flexible work culture and positive personality to work with people.
