The consultant will work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and business teams to optimize Workday solutions and support ongoing enhancements within a dynamic technology and product-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Configure and support Workday modules based on business requirements. Gather requirements from HR and business stakeholders and translate them into Workday solutions. Support Workday enhancements, integrations, testing, and production issues. Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and business processes. Collaborate with technical teams on Workday integrations and data interfaces. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions. Support Workday releases, upgrades, and continuous improvements. Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and requirements. Required Skills 9+ years of hands-on Workday experience. Strong experience with Workday configuration and production support. Experience with one or more modules: HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Tracking, or Financials. Strong knowledge of Workday Reporting, Business Processes, and Integrations. Experience working with enterprise HR systems in a manufacturing, consumer products, technology, or similar environment. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Workday certification is preferred.
