Experience working in a highly regulated environment, preferably across global jurisdictions. Knowledge of records retention, retention schedules, records disposition, and information governance. Ability to work with privacy, legal holds, data analytics, and records retention requirements. Experience supporting risk and control assessments and implementing business controls. Strong Business Analyst / Program Coordination skillstracking tasks, workflows, dependencies, and stakeholders. Strong documentation and communication skills, including documenting decisions, approvals, procedures, and governance requirements. Ability to coordinate with multiple business stakeholders and drive initiatives to completion. Experience creating/updating policies, procedures, and process documentation. Change management experience, especially when regulatory or organizational changes impact business processes. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
