Data conversion from legacy system (workday) to oracle HCM Cloud 4. Develop fast formulae 5. Experience with time & absence balances, staffing requisitions 6. Working with integrations 7. Experience with job framework and compensation implementation (good to have) Key Responsibilities: 1. Set up new countries in oracle HCM Cloud 2. Data mapping from legacy system to oracle HCM 3. Data cleansing and conversion 4. Development of fast formulae 5. Create necessary integrations 6. Develop SQL reports 7.
