The candidate will join a team that is directly responsible for the rollout and maintenance for one division (over 750 users) and provide Tier III / Tier IV support for the rollouts and maintenance for up to six divisions ( 6,500 users). Users are dispersed across multiple geographic locations. This position will require a hands-on engineer-level contractor with architectural abilities. This role requires the level of expertise to ensure successful proofs-of-concept, pilots and rollouts (combined with continuing support). This ideal candidate should be capable of evaluating current state and creating both business and technical processes to roll out or update thousands of workspaces featuring Windows 10 and Windows 11. The ideal candidate should be capable of working in a team environment as well as working independently. Relevant work experience: 5 or more years.
