Strong experience with Dynamics 365 and experience integrating with Salesforce. Excellent communicator and collaborator Person needs to be able to act as a Dynamics SME. Healthcare experience preferred. What is the project that this role is going to be a part of / initiatives it will play a part in: Bo is currently working on some modernization efforts. One of them is that is doing is go deep into Microsoft Dynamics. Specifically, they want to take some of the functionality that they have in Salesforce and consolidate that on Dynamics. They may start to either add new value onto Dynamics AND/OR replacing legacy systems on Dynamics. Title of Position: Dynamics Developer Team Size: They have a strong tech lead, a strong developer, and strong Test Engineer. They are building the team with A players. They will have to hire a Dynamics Admin (BCBSNE will handle that front) He has a Technologist on his team that is playing the Platform Principal SME, where he is sort of the Tech Lead/architect over the entire platform. He has 4 strong folks plus a couple of headcounts approved to fill. They have budget APPROVED to supplement this stuff as well. Must haves for write ups/resumes and in qualifications: Dynamics 365 Industry Experience: Is it required or nice to have Dynamics 365 and potentially experience integrating with Salesforce.
