Would be tasked with helping create new and make updates to existing set up/configurations and develop enhancements in Prod environment. Including working with functional and IT teams to asses and mitigate impact of upcoming patches and logging/working SRs to resolution with Internal business, technical and Oracle teams. Specific tasks : Report enhancements to add subject area reports and make the existing reports available in report or dashboard format using RFT, OTBI, and BI tools Creating new journieys- specifically contextualized and guided to support transactional processes Provide technical expertise to production enhancement activities related to performance goals and evaluation set up Assist with complex user issue resolution Work with IT and functional teams to establish patch testing - short term and long term goals Work with functional and technical teams to address workflow changes and enhancements Help manage configuration changes Ability to create, edit, reports via RTF, BI, OTBI in Oracle HCM cloud Required 3 Years Ability to create Dashboards - global and secured Required 3 Years set up and configuration of HCM modules - Core, talent, compensation, Recruiting, Help Desk, Safety Required 3 Years ability to create and maintain journeys including contextualized, guided and regular Required 3 Years familiarity with trouble shooting end user issues Highly desired 3 Years Experience with HR functional teams Highly desired 3 Years Ability to set up and trouble shoot transactional workflows Required 3 Years Experience with gathering functional user requirements and translating to deliverable Highly desired 3 Years creating testing scripts to support functional changes Desired Question 2 Please list candidate's email address Question 3 Please have your candidate summarize their technical experience with Oracle HCM SAAS products and paste it here.
