Job Description: Senior level project manager that has IT and business experience specifically in data & analytics and enterprise data governance strategy, implementation and rollout. Needs to be able to work cross functionally across various business units, IT departments and work with 3rd party vendors. Has good foundational PM skills but also ability to communication at all levels, get buy in, understand the business and be able to execute quickly. Looking for thought leadership. Objectives of this Role Monitor multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Liaise with business and stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives that align with organizational goals Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to achieve maximum benefit Assign roles and tasks to assigned team members based on their skills Achieve organizational goals while upholding project management standards and best practices Responsibilities Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates Assist in assigning project tasks to relevant parties and check in for status updates Develop and maintain project performance reports that track overall progress and the accomplishment of specific milestones Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as neededescalating issues as necessary based on project work plans Build partnerships with external resources including third-party vendors and act as a point of communication between MT teams and them.
