This is a hands-on role requiring knowledge of the full technology stack from server-side to client-side components This resource will work closely with the program owner to ensure successful operational development of new applications while maintaining business continuity of existing applications Support and maintenance of existing web applications Requirements gathering and interaction with stakeholders Working in a collaborative, team environment Design and development of interaction with Web APIs Ability to plan, direct, and coordinate and manage software development and must be familiar with all the policies, procedures and technical issues related to software programming Create a unified team environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration May lead assigned projects, including assigning tasks, coordinating efforts, and monitoring performance. Build a high performing software development team by hiring best available talent and coaching/growing talent within the team Skills/Experience: 7+ years of Lead experience leading technical projects, including development and execution Strong command of the software development life cycle (SDLC), online collaboration tools, mainstream project management software, budget management, schedule management, change management process Strong experience in .Net/C#/MVC/Web API service development (RESTful) Technical environment is: C#/ .NET, ODI, SSIS, SQL, Oracle or SQL Server RDBMS, ETL Advanced understanding of Oracle or SQL Server databases Experience executing and leading technical projects from inception, scoping to final delivery Experience with Project Management tools such as ServiceNow, MS TFS, MS Project, etc. Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority. Ability to tailor messaging to relevant audiences Self-starter, with strong sense of ownership, assertive follow-through, and a passion for the highest level of customer satisfaction Education: Bachelors in Information Systems, Engineering or related NOTES from hiring manager: This role is a senior level role that involves providing tech leadership to team members around the business applications for the projects. Will be involved in incident calls, change management, interfacing with IT leadership, etc. Need excellent communication skills and business polish. Need IT corporate experience (enterprise level applications). 25% of time will be some coding, need to be very technical Technical environment is: C#/ .NET, ODI, SSIS, SQL, Oracle or SQL Server RDBMS.
