Responsibilities: This position will manage the Transportation Management Systems supporting the Global Logistics Optimization program (GLO) and Trade Compliance systems The role will have responsibility to drive collaboration across global team members in SCT Transportation Services as well as enterprise JJT groups and related business functions to identify and manage interdependencies between the teams, to ensure workstream delivery per plan, and to manage updates to senior leadership. This position is responsible for coordinating and executing the IT delivery of Transportation Services in the Americas for the SCT Global Transportation Services Product Line. This leader will partner with the Americas Business Transportation Services Product Owners to drive end-state strategy, level set expectations, features and manage business process requirements. The role requires active engagement and strong partnering skills with the WW Transportation team, as in particular with our JJ Technology Services teams to ensure the successful delivery of the Transportation programs. The incumbent will have responsibilities for both inbound and outbound technologies supporting the Transportation Services and associated integrations with related applications. The candidate will require deep understanding of the SDLC / Agile development methodologies and JJ TS engagement processes, along with a good track record demonstrating strong execution and delivery skills. Qualifications A Bachelors degree, preferably in a technology related subject, or equivalent, relevant experience is required. 6+ years of managing large IT programs with high level of complexity. Demonstrated track record in the delivery of complex projects and programs utilizing Agile delivery techniques. Experience in multiple sectors in supply chain management technologies, (transportation, distribution, or logistics) is preferred Knowledge of ERP Systems (JDE/SAP) and Transportation systems Self-motivated leader with excellent business partnering & teamwork skills.
