Duration: 6 months Top 4 musthave skills: 1. Java/ J2EE 2. Oracle/NoSQLdatabases 3. Akka, Spark,and/or Hive 4. Docker/ Kubernetes Required Skills: 6 years experience delivering Java / JEE Business Solutions Developing on Akka Streams, Spark, Hive preferred Experience with Docker, Kubernetes preferred 2 years developing on an RDBMS such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, Yugabyte, Redis Full software development life-cycle experience with CICD and thorough testing prior to release. Exposure to data hygiene routines and models Familiar with Sonar, Fortify code analysis tools Ability to work independently and in a self-organized, multifaceted team environment. Can guide team discussion for product and team improvement. Deep understanding of highly available distributed systems architecture and development Solid Understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) 4-year College degree preferably in computer science, Computer or Electrical engineering, information systems, mathematics, data analytics or statistics or equivalent experience Key Responsibilities/Deliverables: Work in a fast-paced environment developing vehicle data collection solutions Engage in application design and data modeling discussions Participate in developing and implementing data security policies Participate in capacity monitoring and planning Build, maintain and execute automated unit, functional and integration test cases with high coverage Work closely with other data and analytics team members to optimize the company s data systems and pipeline architecture Confirmed ability to take ownership of work and to empower others to join development process.
