Role: Project Manager Location: Raynham, MA [On-Site] Job Description: Reviews production schedules and coordinates manufacturing resources to ensure timely delivery of products and components, while be sure to comply with Quality System requirements. Interacts and collaborates with other departments to solve any restriction that may stop or slow down production, including material, personnel, equipment and process issues. Responsible for planning budget and control expenses applicable to production area to comply or exceed Business Unit financial targets. Identifies and coordinates cost reduction projects including labor productivity, land use, inventory optimization and defects reduction, using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools. Coordinates research and implementation of preventive and corrective actions that may result from production non-conformances, audit observations, CAPA and others. Ensures to comply with QSR, ISO and Environment, HS requirements, as well as all applicable company procedures and policies. Provides timely and effective support for new products Technical/Soft Skills: BS Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field required. 9 to 15 years of relevant experience is preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing and/or engineering manufacturing (internships, co-ops, practical experience) in Medical Device Industry is preferred. Strong written, verbal communication, and computer skills. Previous experience in Medical device and/or pharmaceutical environment is required. Hands-on startup and troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment are required. Experience in a CNC manufacturing environment is required. CAPA-related experience, risk assessment, and process validation are required.
