Position: Workday HCM Specialist(100% Remote) Location: 100% Remote Duration: 3 months Job Description: * 1-2 resources specifically for Workday reporting * Experience building complex Workday HCM reports including compensation, training, benefits, and core HR * Ability to create custom formulas in workday reports * Understanding of Workday configuration and data to verify reports are correct * 1-2 resources for Workday configuration / support * Experience configuring the workday platform in the areas listed above * Ability to accurately test and verify configuration * Ability to teach, train, and support a workday rollout Additional Notes: * Workday experience a MUST not comparable experience (i.e. Oracle Cloud, SAP). * They primarily are looking for 2-3 for the reporting part and potentially 1-2 who has that config experience. * Not particularly looking to convert * Would consider part-time for a rock star candidate.
