Broad range of technology experience to include: UNIX,Windows Server 2003/2008/2012, Intrusion detection systems, TCP/IP, SecureApplication Programming. Experience implementing and testing security controls. Substantial exposure to data processing, hardwareplatforms, enterprise software applications and outsourced systems including agood understanding of computer systems characteristics, features andintegration capabilities. Extensive experience using spreadsheets for data analysisand word processing software to develop plans, procedures, and reports. Knowledge and experience with risk assessments andanalysis; network and host-based security strategies and methodologies;incident response; information security awareness and education; and a strongtechnical background with experience and knowledge of operating systems,networking protocols, intrusion detection/protection, active content, malware,defense in depth. Must have excellent communication skills, verbal andwritten, including the ability to create, plan and organize effectivepresentations. Good interpersonal skills as demonstrated by working in acollaborative environment. Knowledge of and experience in HIPAA, National Instituteof Standards and Technology (NIST), and Centers for Medicare and/or MedicaidServices (CMS) security standards Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, BusinessAdministration/Management or related field. CISA CISSP or SANScertification preferred.
