JOB Role: Business Analyst with a Credit Card and Payments -10+ years must Location: Remote, Illinois would be a good reference as well. We need to look at Credit Card BAs who have worked on Decline Salvage process on recurring payments and someone who understands the Real Time Payment related APIs. Responsibilities: 8 to 10 years as a Payment Industry Specialist / Credit Card Business Analyst during US time zone Good knowledge of Credit Card business e.g., process like Decline Salvage Experience working with real time payment APIs, open-source tools & cloud-based applications and solutions Strong knowledge on accepts and deny rules for payments. Should be able to analyze why transactions were declined. Experience of PCI-DSS compliance and should be able to work with team to implement required security controls and document them Participate and assist with quarterly/annual security audits and document policies and procedures Experience supporting finance domain product, incident management experience Lead evaluation, re-design, implementation and continuous improvement of critical operating practices and procedures Good knowledge on billing procedures and analysis Strong documentation skills, including the ability to generate ERDs, create use case diagrams and write clear and consumable textual documentation Skills: Should have good knowledge on querying with RDMS databases like MySQL, MSSQL or Oracle.
