Good at creating custom dashboards to reflect team status in Agile Tool for real time data reflection. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence and find common ground in multifaceted environment with technical and non-technical constraints Excellent communicator with exceptional people management and team-building skills. Results-driven leader with strong analytical abilities, business and technology knowledge Has worked on various SDLC methodologies which include Waterfall model and agile model Excellent communication skills, documentation, presentation and interpersonal skills Good hold on facilitating reviews, demos for scrum committed work and capturing feedback for further action. Very good at reporting the precise status through various team performance metrics and Dashboards to right stakeholders and seek for suggestions if any. Managing Relationships: Knowledge of and the ability to balance relationships with stakeholders utilizing the appropriate level of oversight, probing and persistence in order to achieve win/win Agreements and relationships.
