Project duration 12 to 18 months. Prior BCBSM IT Delivery Manager experience preferred. Top 3 Required Skills/Experience Ability to manage the delivery of large critical IT projects Five (5) years of experience managing IT projects in a large organization Ability to apply project management concepts, practices, and procedures to complete a highly complex assignment Required Skills/Experience The rest of the required skills/experience. Include: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate vision, mission, and goals to both business and IT audiences Ability to work with leaders of multiple internal areas and with vendor to achieve desired outcomes Track and report on program milestones and provide status reports to project sponsors In-depth knowledge of project management tools and methodologies Negotiate changes as necessary to achieve objectives and timelines Preferred Skills/Experience Optional but preferred skills/experience.
