Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM): o Core HCM including Employee and Line Manager self-service o Workforce Compensation o Performance Management o Talent Management Oracle UK Payroll: o Time capture via Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) PL/SQL, SQL, BI Publisher reports, File based Loader, Fusion HCM Extracts, Payroll Batch Loader, Alerts, Web ADI, OA Framework, Oracle Workflow/ BPM, Approval Management Engine Desired skills: Should have exposure on Oracle Service request management and escalation.
