You will be an important part of helping ELECT transition to a new voter registration system by developing and implementing an overall organizational data strategy that is in line with business processes and state policies. Once a Data Strategy has been defined, you will spearhead the creation of a quality data collection and dictionary that ensures adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data throughout the entire ELECT organization. If you have a background of working in policy enforcement; development life cycles; and using specialized government software, we would love to work with you. Takes into account all data sources concerning business operations and outlines a design to integrate, centralize, and maintain the data. Define and manage the flow of data and dissemination of information within the organization. Defining policies, procedures, models, and documentation relating to ELECT data management. Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Extensive experience with the Microsoft data architecture and reporting tools required: SQL Server, and exposure to SSIS Required 4 Years Considerable experience in performing data analyses in project as well as ad hoc settings Required 4 Years Extensive experience with applications using both relational and multidimensional design models Required 4 Years Provides expert level data and process analyses data for data warehouse and systems integration projects Required 4 Years Engaged and strrong contribution in working with Data Architect and ETL staff to ensure proper design and compliance with database and developme Required Question 3 Please list the city/state where the candidate is located.
