Position: SENIOR IT BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST Location : Columbus, Ohio (Onsite) Duration : Long Term Job Responsibilities: Perform analysis of business issues, provide recommendations for possible solutions, work with Business users and IT project teams to drive decision making and define requirements for application development, ensuring that business needs and IT controls are being met. Works closely with the Execution Manager (EM), Experience Owner (EO), and Product Owner (PO) to identify cross impacted teams and obtain a high-level effort related to Epics and Features. Complete Use Cases and User Stories to guide application development efforts, working closely with the development teams and business teams to ensure successful implementation Analyze opportunities to improve application reliability, provide recommendations for possible solutions, and work with IT and Business partners to implement solutions that enhance application and infrastructure reliability. Has a strong understanding of API's, Real Time Service Calls, and external file transfers Perform analysis of compliance vulnerabilities, work with IT and Business teams to eliminate vulnerabilities, support internal and external audit related activities. Communicate project status and escalates issues as needed. Facilitate Product Backlog Items (PBI) review and estimation sessions with the project team. Maintains the quality of the Evergreen documentation to ensure the reliability for future related efforts or assist with remediating production incidents. Required Skills and Experience 5 years of experience in business analysis of product and/or software development Bachelor's Degree Payments/payment processing background in 1 or more of the following: Wires, ACH, Zelle, TCH RTP or Bill Payments preferred. Exceptional problem solving and strategic thinking skills. Excellent analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills. Has previous experience with Agile, Iterative and Waterfall delivery models. Strong organizational and motivational skills. Has written detailed Use Cases and/or User Stories with of Gherkin Acceptance Criteria. 5+ years expierence in technolgoy organizations manage multiple IT projects that includes managing large complex projects in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication / presentation skills; Waterfall / Agile experience; self-starter, and able to multi-task. High energy positive attitude who takes the initiative to 'Get Stuff Done' with quality. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts Desire to train and assist others Technical Documentation Skills Strong organization, prioritization, attention to detail Execute under pressure Strong analytic and problem-solving skills Experience working with RESTful API patterns Experience with SSO integrations Will show drive and interest in learning new systems, applications, technologies, and most importantly business domains. Will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and will be good at multitasking. Bachelor's Degree 3-5 years' experience in related field Preferred Skills and Experience Experience in working in iterative/Agile environment related for middleware development. Previous experience with Jira or Azure Dev Ops(ADO) to maintain User Stories and evergreen documentation would be preferred Understanding of Agile practices and project rituals ADO Boards; Microsoft Tools: Excel, Word, Power Point.
