JOB Description: Candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in SAP HCM. Should have 6+ years of experience in Positive and negative time management. Expertise knowledge in Creation and maintenance of PCRs and schemas to cater business and legal requirements. Knowledge in Cross application timesheets (CATS) Design and implementation experience in integrating SAP HCM with Third party systems. Hands on experience in Absence/Attendance configuration, overtime and holiday pay configurations. Knowledge in Leave workflow related configurations and troubleshooting. Knowledge in configuring ESS applications like Leave request application, Available time off, Enter time etc. Understanding of processes around Media Industry and the Time management tools within the Industry will be an added advantage Should have good understanding and configuration experience in of SAP Payroll as well.
