Supportsserver, network and desktop hardware, software and applications Performstechnology needs analysis Troubleshootsnetwork performance issues Rollsout hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources Plans,implements, and supports the network and computing infrastructure plan Secondary Responsibilities Assistswith technology planning through ongoing research Createsand maintains a disaster recovery plan Recommendsupgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment Providestechnical support and guidance to users General Responsibilities Assistswith technology planning through ongoing research.
