Duration 6 months + Maximum rate $60/hr on C2C Following is the job description - Skills & Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Software Product engineering team as Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master, experience managing complex projects to successful completion including the ability to navigate complex environments Strong agile experience to be able to direct teams on SCRUM practices to build self-organizing teams. Hands-on experience in Implementing all phases of SDLC for technical projects that involve 2 or more scrum teams. Prior technical hands-on experience will be critical. Excellent verbal and written communication and persuasion skills Strong organizational and team-building skills PMP and SCRUM certification is a plus International experience is a plus Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Prefer candidate has prior tech experience in JAVA Prior tech experience can be in any technology (backend or front end).
