Strong decision-making and leadership abilities in enabling the TDM strategies Possess strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Data analysis with ability to perform test data profiling. Strong SQL Skills Strong Customer Focus Good to have skills Working knowledge of a wide variety of TDM Tools Experience in Healthcare Domain Experience in Facets Responsibilities Perform data identification across multiple data sources, extraction, and loading into the test environments based on the scenarios provided. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with product vendors to ensure the test environments are set up for release and upgrade testing of the products Helps teams formulate and develop robust test data management solutions for both manual and automation testing Works with the architects to assess and improve the testability of the software particularly on unit and integration test level Responsible for building and enabling effective Data Masking & Data Sub setting strategies Responsible for performing Gap analysis of the existing TDM process and provide solution to bring Maturity in TDM process.
