Experience in building the TDM Framework for the enterprise applications Experience in working on Test Data Masking and profiling Experience in Data Modeling, Analyses & Test Data Discovery Experience in Synthetic Data Generation Implementations Excellent interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong decision-making and leadership abilities in enabling the TDM strategies Possess strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Data analysis with ability to perform test data profiling. Strong SQL Skills Strong Customer Focus Good to have skills Working knowledge of a wide variety of TDM Tools Experience in Healthcare Domain Experience in Facets Responsibilities Responsible to lead and build enterprise Test Data Management Strategy and solution Designs/Executes the overall test data strategy that outlines specific tools, strategies and expectations for both cloud-native web applications and services and legacy software Enabling effective and robust Test data provisioning capabilities and TDM processes Responsible for building and enabling effective Data Masking & Data Sub setting strategies Responsible for performing Gap analysis of the existing TDM process and provide solution to bring Maturity in TDM process.
