REQUIRED SKILLS: 8+ Years experience as a Technical Project Manager. Highly knowledgeable and practical expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), execution of Agile ceremonies and events (Sprint Planning, Stand-up, Refinement, etc), Agile artifacts (Sprints, Backlogs) and high level of proficiency in Agile tools (Confluence, JIRA, Visio, Azure Dev Ops, etc.). Manage cross-functional team of Developers, Analysts, DevOps, and QA resources, with experience in leading all phases of the software development lifecycle to ensure development and delivery is aligned with prioritized program roadmap targets and Release Management processes.
