Job Title : Senior Frontend Engineer (Angular) Employment Type : Contract, C2C, Full time / Direct Hire, 1099 Location : San Diego, CA Remote : 100% Remote Job Description Design, code and develop components using Angular latest version Participate in all aspects of software development including refining requirements, estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation and post implementation application support. Shows a commitment to quality by implementing suitable software using unit/integration and acceptance testing at the time of feature development. Demonstrate contagious motivation to build best of the breed software, and advocate for best practices in UI and RESTful API development. Strong debugging, problem solving and investigative skills. Collaborate and cooperate well with other coworkers, effectively communicate information, act in a responsible, trustworthy and ethical manner. Requirements 10+ years of related experience, and expert knowledge of object oriented JavaScript, Angular 12 or higher, HTML, CSS. Proficient understanding of client-server-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks (MEAN/MERN stack) Experience in designing and documenting the solution architecture for a modular, scalable web application based on Modular Federation from Webpack and Angular Experience designing and implementing micro front end architecture Experience developing Angular component library. Proficient knowledge of responsive web-design and cross-browser compatibility issues. Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, AJAX. Good understanding of principles of progressive enhancement. Experience consuming Restful (JSON) web services. Familiarity with cloud native development (AWS,). Experience with Agile development methodology (Scrum, XP, Kanban). Experience delivering bug free solutions using best coding standards. Strong knowledge of web security practice Good understanding of Git, source control procedures, and feature branching Experience in test first development, unit testing , functional testing, performance testing and test automation frameworks. Ability to work under minimal supervision, navigate ambiguous environments, quickly adapt to change, technical curiosity and strong communication skills. Excellent communication, teamwork, and client interaction skills. Preferred Skills Understanding server side CSS pre-processing platforms such as LESS and Sass.
