Strong in written and verbal communication 6. Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business 7. Understanding of Insurance business processes. 8. Strong understanding of project life cycle and SDLC methodologies Roles and responsibilities: Should be able to follow industry best processes Should be able to bring in ideas to improve productivity and Quality of work A focus on high quality deliverables and meeting deadlines. Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums. Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment. A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.
