To Evaluate the legacy and Target landscapes and define what migrations will happen per deployment. Create a Deployment Migration Definition Document per deployment to define what, when, who and how the migration will take place so that a Migration Lead per deployment will have enough information as to drive the migration process for the deployment/s. Determine what (if any) applications need to co-exist while in transition to the target solution. Provide enough information to enable the Transition and Cutover lead to work through the steps required to build and execute the Transition and Cutover Plans. Work with the build teams and confirm when reference data requirements for reference tables need to be closed out per deployment.
