Participant in Sprint Planning Meetings. Provide QA Estimates for JIRA Stories. Create and update JIRA tasks and responsible for the closure. Identify and escalate any impediments blocking any story/defect test execution. Maintain requirements ambiguity tracker. Develop System Integration Test Feature Files and test cases(as needed). Coordinate code migration to ST environment. Coordinate test data preparation. Responsible for performing Hands on Testing as and when needed. Participate in defect review calls during System Integration testing to represent all the defects logged in by the QA Team members. Report any fatal issue immediately to the QA Lead. Re-test defect fixes implemented by developers. Conduct exploratory testing as required. Responsible for performing Prod Fix Testing as and when required. Create Test Feature Files with inputs from Offshore Test leads and review the same with the BAs, OTLs and the Product Owners. Once approved, conduct the review call with the offshore Team members. Responsible for maintaining the Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) in ALM. Understand the functional requirements. Coordinate with Offshore Team Leads on a daily basis for delivery of the project. Responsible to be the Onshore POC for the Teams work effort. Coordinate with Offshore QA Leads to come up with project Estimation. Participate in creating detailed Test Plan in conjunction with Offshore Leads. Prepare and circulate Daily Status Reports by team. Plan & Track the daily deliverables for the team. Involve in preparing Test Summary Report(TSR). Responsible for identifying Test Cases for Automation and Regression. Responsible for becoming a SME for application, features and business processes. Responsible for becoming SME for E2E process and testing. Perform smoke test after code migration the test environment to verify the major functionality at a high level in order to determine if further/actual testing can proceed. Value Add contribution for providing inputs into new QA strategies, automation, and processes. Should have the skillset of ALM/JIRA/ SoupUI, Cucumber and Selenium.
