Provide Digicel with the data requirements and dates when the data will be required for ST, SIT and UAT. Ensure all teams are aware of when they will receive the reference table data Co-Existence. Determine what is required for co-existence and who are the impacts. Ensure all activities to enable co-existence are defined and owners and target dates have been assigned, and track progress Cut Over Plan. Define and agree cutover readiness requirements; Business, technical, environments etc. Work with build, release, architecture teams, and Migration lead to Develop the cutover plan. Determine the components, order of deployment, Reference data required. Define pre-cutover, cutover and post cut over phases. Define co-existence for the deployment. Co-ordinate cutover execution . Work with Digicel cutover team to ensure all activities are coordinated and all dependencies are known.
