Position: HCM Configuration Analyst/Administrator

Location:Hybrid -  NYC , NY

Duration: 6+ Months

Location : NYC - Penn Station area - Must be able to come on-site a few days a week.

The Configuration Analyst works directly with members of the People Operations Systems team, People Practices and various Enterprise stakeholders, with direct focus on system availability, growth and application enhancements. The role consists of application administration, configuration, and support in driving operational efficiencies. Distinct responsibilities for the Configuration Analyst are to enable the operation, maintenance, and enhancements of Oracle's cloud based Human Capital Management (HCM) application across directed modules.

Specifics include day-to-day system administration, application management and maintaining upgrade schedules across the Oracle suite of modules (HCM Core, Time and Labor, Benefits, Comp, Performance modules). The Configuration Analyst is to enable configuration updates that support business direction and take part in project initiatives as directed by the Sr. Director of People Operations.

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS/ACTIVITIES SUMMARY:

Facilitate application maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements of the Oracle HCM suite of modules that include Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Performance & Time and Labor.

Collaborate and partner with various functional stakeholders, including compensation, benefits, payroll, to provide functional enhancements and ongoing application growth.

Lead development efforts in driving project scope, implementation requirements, and delivery of module updates. Document agreed-upon solutions and timelines.

Troubleshoot data-related issues and assist People Operations with issues related to the use of HCM and its functionality.

Provide production support to resolve HCM system errors. Identify and log issues. Research and remediate application deficiencies. Partner with internal and/or external technical teams for system updates/enhancements.

Drive application user acceptance testing in connection with system configuration adjustments and implementations.

Manage Oracle Service Requests with Oracle Support

Build relationships internally and collaborating effectively on cross-functional teams

Participate in weekly meetings with the team. Provide transitional updates and training to core team.

QUALIFICATIONS :

3-5 years' experience utilizing and configuring HCM or HRMS systems.

Experience using the Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud application strongly preferred.

Experience engaging in technical project management and systems implementations preferred.

Significant familiarity with core HR, benefits, compensation, payroll and other organizational processes, programs, and structures.

Strong analytical/problem solving skills.

Strong ability to manage multiple deliverables with demanding timeframes.
