The Data Analyst will be responsible for performing data analysis and supporting the evolution, development, and governance of Navy Federals Data with a specific focus on a compliance project (Current Expected Credit Losses (CECL)) bringing in data into Cloudera Data Platform Data Lake. Required (Individual Role): Agile experience Advanced SQL query programming skills Experience in documenting source data requirements and providing mappings between business terms, source system tables/columns, and logical data models, including derivation rules and transformations as data specifications Experience in conducting analysis of data contained in source systems and its suitability and inclusion in cloud data platforms via data profiling and mapping documents, considering data completeness, granularity, volume, latency, consistency and location details Proficient in understanding data ingestion pipeline processes, including exception handling, and metadata management Experience in supporting data migration efforts of both structured and unstructured data from existing systems to an on prem data lake Experience in statistical analysis Excellent written and oral communication skills Desired (Individual Role): Experience in data management solutions using Hadoop platform tools and technologies such as Apache HDFS, Sqoop, Spark, Hive, Impala, HBase, Kafka, as well as Python, Java, or Scala Advanced degree in MIS, computer science, statistics, marketing, management, finance or related field Ability to interpret and update complex technical documentation Prior experience in the Financial Industries and large banks Keywords: information technology card trade national Tennessee http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=399891&uid= |
