Interface with external systems, DB Connections, Invocation/Integration with external workflows (Bot Queues, Salesforce etc), ServiceNow Order Management, Telecom, Agile. ServiceNow related Certification Roles & Responsibilities Experience working in ServiceNow App engine Studio [Flow designer, Action Designer] Experience working with REST/SOAP Integrations (API - Inbound/Outbound integrations) in ServiceNow. Experience creating ServiceNow Interface with external systems, DB Connections, Invocation/Integration with external workflows (Bot Queues, Salesforce etc), ServiceNow Order Management, Telecom, Agile. Experience involving ServiceNow Workflow implementations. Experience working in ServiceNow Order Management modules for Telecommunications workflow scenarios like Order Management Catalog driven workflows, Self-Service workflows and eBonding. Experience configuring product/service catalog with ServiceNow. Experience with Agile based delivery. Knowledge of best practices and standards. Strong self-starter who can deliver with minimal input.
