Job Role: IAM/Security Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Contract Initially Will extend long term Job Description: ROLE SUMMARY The Security Analyst (IAM) is someone who can carry out work to provision, de-provision, reconcile, manage and clean up identities on a regular basis. Responsibilities include granting access as defined by user roles following a least-privileged model. Validate that automated processes are working as expected daily. Where necessary, manual provisioning/deprovisioning of access must be handled in a prompt fashion, within 24 hours of gaining awareness at the latest. Access must also be regularly audited to ensure that no more access is granted than needed, as well as to ensure terminated users have been completely removed from systems. Provide feedback from areas of the business to identify improvement opportunities for existing processes. The Security Analyst (IAM) is part of the CISO organization and will report to the Director of Information Security. This role requires a combination of a strong IDAM background and business acumen to manage relationships between the various business units and IT groups. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES User Provisioning/De-provisioning Ensure role-based access controls (RBAC) are current and appropriate for all user roles Manually provision/de-provision roles in systems where automation is not yet available and non-standard RBAC is approved for a Teammate Act as Corporate liaison for third-party provisioning team Responsible for the creation and maintenance of provisioning documentation Regular coordination with IT teams to ensure provisioning documents and service catalog reflect current solutions and access types Complete other tasks as required Risk management Ensure automation of all applicable provisioning/de-provisioning tasks Ensure RBAC (following least privileged model) is enforced within IDAM platform as applications are integrated Regularly validate automated provisioning tasks are completing successfully Validate manual provisioning/de-provisioning activities and those performed by other FlightSafety Teams have been handled accurately Coordinate and communicate changes in provisioning/de-provisioning activities handled by other areas of the business or service desk Primary contact for audits and assessments involving Identity and Access Coordinate with IDAM platform owners to ensure lifecycle management Continual Improvement Solicit feedback from Teammates, Business Leaders, and ServiceDesk to identify opportunities to improve processes and/or introduce automation Identify applications introduced by the Business and work with platform administrators to integrate applications with IDAM Validate provisioning/de-provisioning activities performed by other FlightSafety Teams have been handled within approved SLAs Identify activities that are missing SLAs and provide analysis for corrective actions Continually evaluate and report on the design, implementation, effectiveness and maturity of the IDAM service Measure and report on all aspects of the program including progress over time Other Serve as a subject matter expert on all aspects of Identity and Access Management Provide regular reports to the CISO and when needed to other internal or external entities on all aspects of this roles responsibilities including adequate metrics on each of the programs Represent FlightSafety International on matters related to Identity and Access Management with government and other entities Mentor others within Identity and Access Management team to increase team competency and continually build a culture of constant improvement and a desire to excel Exhibit and practice courteous, ethical and professional behavior while interacting with both internal and external customers Act in a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on common goals to achieve mutually beneficial results Be accountable and responsible for the accuracy and completeness of assigned work and results Prioritize and manage work load and communicate issues clearly Exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills QUALIFICATIONS MUST HAVE Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent documentation skills Follow all laws, regulations, and company policies Ability to manage across multiple competing priorities and time-sensitive initiatives Strong ability to motivate and lead team members inclusive of a remote/virtual environment Uncompromising personal and professional integrity and ethics Travel when required QUALIFICATIONS NICE TO HAVE Previous experience administering and/or provisioning users within Okta EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MUST HAVE 3+ years of Identity Management and/or provisioning experienceBachelors degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience Understanding of IT Security best practices Understanding of Identity Management solutions and best practices Keywords: access management information technology Delaware http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=400936&uid= |
