Coordinate & Review release notes, cutover plan etc.. for Project Releases and perform deployments on Stage DR, Staging, Production & Production DR. Apply updated application patch in Staging & production. CMS report monitoring. Root cause analysis for P1, Critical P2, Reoccurring tickets & any defect where submitter is seeking clarification regardless of its priority-level. Monitoring Dynatrace & other custom alerts. AMS release - Defect and Enhancement (Report pending Jira's on weekly basis), resolution on Jira's. Handling issues in WCC UI and IBR. Monitor PLM to WCC utility & generate alerts in case of failures. Bulk upload content publishing from WCC to WCS. Manual Access provisioned to WCS requests tracking. Monitor Sync between WCS to WCC. Monitor & handle data integrations between PIM, JMS, ETL and DataGrid to WCS. Active user report from WCS to compliance team. Root cause analysis for P1, Critical P2, Reoccurring tickets & any defect where submitter is seeking clarification regardless of its priority-level. Troubleshoot product issues working with vendors (Oracle, Cloud words, DB, etc.). AMS release - Defect and Enhancement (Report pending Jira's on weekly basis), resolution on Jira's . Coordinate & Review release notes, cutover plan etc.. for Project Releases and perform deployments on Stage DR, Staging, Production & Production DR. WCS application user password reset as per compliance guidelines. Monitoring Dynatrace & other custom alerts. A.COM (WCC, WCS) generic and user account access attestation request. Bulk upload content publishing from WCS management to WCS delivery every weekend. Support readiness for new releases into production. Maintain & support corporate pages under A.com. Fix Vulnerabilities impacting A.com.
