Must have strong team focus and client service work ethic. Knowledge of web and application servers and their configuration. Strong working/troubleshooting experiences on LINUX/UNIX OS. Ability to work independently and resolve complex technical issues and identify root cause and recommend solutions to help resolve incidents quickly. Ability to multi-task and complete multiple parallel assignments while working in an interrupt driven environment. Take the initiative to act on and own issues. Good hands-on experience and a strong background in Linux and Unix operating systems and web technologies.
