Particularly for Time and Labor, Absence Management, Purchasing and eProcurement. Responsibilities: Reapply/retrofit customizations for PUM image updates and tax updates, including customization isolation techniques, such as Event Mapping, Hidden work records, Page/Field Configurator Configure data structures (PeopleSoft Record/Database Tables) to support Development. Maintain, customize, and support Time & Labor, Absence Management, Purchasing and eProcurement. Collaborate with co-workers, functional analysts and customers to refine business requirements and design & deliver solutions. Translate functional requirements into technical design specifications. Unit/System test functionality to ensure that it supports the business objectives and requirements. Create comprehensive Implementation Plans for modifications including data migrations, manual steps and/or security configuration. Work with Administration/Functional Teams to troubleshoot issues with both delivered and custom PeopleSoft functionality. Research and open cases in My Oracle Support for bugs, fixes, Service Requests Use PHIRE for project / code migrations through the development path into production. Adhere to change management policies and system standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Troubleshoot and problem solve in a PeopleSoft production environment. Project and operations support Continuous learning and development of skills and approaches to deliver solutions.
