From: Raghavendra Gaddam, insoursys [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Need: Servicenow Business Analyst Location: Remote Position Duration: Long term Job Description: Servicenow Business Analyst Should have a deep and broad understanding of how ServiceNow delivers ITSM/ITOM to the organization and able to align business requirements to the specific way these are implemented within that platform Exposure to the following key modules are required: Change, Incident, Problem, Knowledge, CMDB, Service Catalogue Experienced in business and operational architecture design with a solid understanding of implications on adjacent business areas In-depth know Years of experience consulting and d esigning implementations of ServiceNow suite for multiple enterprises, including specifically Incident Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, Service Level Management, Asset & Configuration and CMDB. Minimum 5 years of experience ITIL process and/or operational support in the areas of Service Desk, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset & Configuration, Service Level and/or Service Request Management More than 4 successful customer/client implementations that included multiple core ITIL processes Experience extending Service Now applications with customizations and added functionality while maintaining the integrity of the applications. Experience with full lifecycle development for customizations including - Design, Development, Test, Migration and Documentation of the custom work.
