This role will work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to oversee the Department's Cloud computing Strategy. Please submit the Skill Matrix Mentioned below. Required Minimum Number of Years: 5 yrs Required - Experience with AWS cloud (IAM, EC2, ELB, RDS, S3, LAMBDA) 5 yrs Required - Objective decision-making ability based on strategic objectives priority, business performance analysis and resource availability. 5 yrs Required - Strong supervision, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills. Demonstrated presentation, training skills, oral and written communication skills. 5 yrs Required - Ability to communicate effectively at all job levels, use excellent evaluation skills, and ability to relay information in legible reports as required. 5 yrs Required - Experience with AWS cloud services API Gateway, CloudFront, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, Cloudwatch, ElastiCache 5 yrs Required - Experience leading organizations through major change initiatives Required - AWS Cloud Certified 7 yrs Required - Experience in IT and stakeholder relationship management. Highly Desired - Experience with Cloud technologies & SaaS applications running on Cloud Highly Desired - Strong experience with Cloud migrations/DevSecOps and implementations. Highly Desired - Experience with implementing one or more RPA technologies. Desired - Experience collaborating with Federal, State and Local Government. Desired - Experience managing implementation of a statewide IT project Highly Desired - Experience in establishing and implementing governance models for the Cloud Migration and transformation efforts across programs.
