Proven experience instrategizing and implementing cloud data strategies that can serve data to endusers via multiple delivery methods, including the use of technologies such asPower BI, Tableau, Google Looker, or ThoughtSpot. 2 years of dataarchitecture experience to support diagnostic, predictive, or prescriptiveanalytic use cases. Proven experiencedesigning and optimizing processes to ensure operational excellence Proven successes drivingdata architecture in an agile environment using Azure DevOps, ServiceNow SPM,Jira or alike tool. Experience successfullyplanning, influencing, and leading architecture initiatives across IT andbusiness organizations Strong knowledge of dataarchitecture principles and Data Usage Platforms Ability to communicateeffectively with all levels in the company; this includes written and verbalcommunications as well as visualizations Ability to collaborate ina team setting and work towards a common goal Ability to influencestakeholders to consider alternate viewpoints Ability to mentor andcoach business and technical resources on Data Usage Platform guidelines andprinciples Strong architecture,critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability tohandle ambiguous, and evolving requirements Ability to navigate andwork effectively across the organization to influence, inspire and lead othersaround decisions that propel the organization towards set vision and goals Experience with modelingtools like Visio, Lucid Charts, or Draw.io is preferred Knowledge of the Property Management industry or CRETech is a plus. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a relatedfield. Preferred to have at least one of thesecertifications: Azure Data Engineer Associate, AWS Certified Big Data, IBMCertified Data Architect - Big Data, or TOGAF 9.
