Should be able to prepare configuration documents and functional design documents Should be able to lead discussions with client IT and Business teams Strong communication skills Training material preparation and maintenance Maintain and update end-user & procedure system documentation where applicable Position No2: Need: Oracle HR Techno Functional Consultant (HRMS) Location: Remote Job Description: Minimum of 8 years experience as Oracle HRMS Techno Functional consultant with Experience in the following modules: HR, Compensation, Benefits, US Payroll, and Absence Management Experience in Agile methodology is required Extensive SQL and Oracle PL/SQL programming skills Expertise in Oracle Configurations / Data flows / APIs / Interfaces (standard & custom) / Patching / Reports / Extensions / Functionality / Workflow Knowledge and flexibility to support 24*7 production environment. Good knowledge of change management activities Worked on Oracle HCM CEMLI/RICEW components in previous projects either support or implementation.
