Job Description: HEALTHCARE MUST Role:- Sr. Healthcare Consultant/ Business Systems Analyst Location :- Remote Duration :- Long Term Must Have-Jive Outbound, HRCM/Care Management , techno-management candidate. Skills: Prior Experience on Case Management, Care Management including Care Coordination, Care Plans, Utilization Management (Auth), Behavioral Health, Disease Management, Performance improvement Measure, Health Risk Assessment, Delegation indicator, Long Term Care (NFLOC) and ABP Exempt. Experience on JIVA Outbound (Query Jiva to fetch data) for On Premise, HSD Roster file, HRP/ Facets, Aspen file, HSD Info File, Setting of Care (SOC) landing Prior experience of creating medical management data repositories will be advantageous Knowledge of JIVA outbound for care management is mandatory. Experience on Payor workflows for US Healthcare system Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial LOBs Committed, self-driven individual with strong communication skills. Experience in eliciting requirements from business and IT stakeholders. Experience with measuring data quality Experience on working with Authorizations on the Payor side Role: Analyze and document requirements towards creation of a medical management single source of truth for a payor. Prepare data mapping documents.
