Position: Senior Front End Web Developer (100% Remote) Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ months Job Description: Responsible for the design, development, deployment of UI code. Works as a team member with all the journey team members including product manager, UX, CX, data and their tech teammates to deliver complete solutions. Experience in a large organization as a software application developer is key. A thorough understanding of web architecture, J2EE, messaging middleware, application integration, and tooling is required. Solid hands-on experience in a mission-critical mid-tier production environment. Effective communication skills, ability to read and write high and mid-level architecture documentation. Development experience must consist of deployed, large distributed systems across multiple platforms, using angular, net core, cloud (PCF preferable). Awareness of emerging technologies/standards is required. Experience building frameworks for a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) or Web Services initiative is preferred but not required. Qualifications: Bachelors in Computer Science or related discipline or relevant work experience. 6-8 years experience and demonstrate proficiency in web-based development languages, specifically HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript (ES6), Angular/React/Polymer and .Net Core/C# or Java. 6 years hands on experience in software development, execution and maintenance. 5 years team leadership experience Proven knowledge of Web Content Management. Proven ability of working and leading multiple projects and releases, balancing time and effort for successful delivery. Proven experience as a leader/trainer in a large, complex development organization, with a demonstrated ability in leading a risks. Proven experience with distributed multi-tier applications, WMI, NO SQL databases and SQL is preferred. Prior Technical lead experience providing mentoring, code review, design support, etc Proven ability to compose and deliver technical presentations or other forms of documentation to various levels of technical and non-technical management. Exceptional customer focus and ability to work with UX designers and product management to flesh out detailed UI design.
