Fully document the applications they are keeping which is written in ASP.net version 2 & 4 and PHP. Provide the client with process flow, interactions to the data etc. Help with system design and architecture for the new system Possible enhancements and bug fixes will be needed for the existing system The backend is MS SQL Server.
