Incident reduction through effective Problem Management Delivery Status reporting to Customer Coordination with offshore team on development and Support Activities Skills & Experience Must have 10-12 years of Development & Support skills in Java8, Springboot, Angular, React, Postgres Database, IBM DB2 , REST, GraphQL, Cloud ( AWS ) , Microservices based business applications. Must have worked in Development & Support environment and managed P1/P2 Incidents. Must have excellent problem analytical skills to perform RCA and Solutioning. Must have good working experience in Agile Delivery & delivered critical Enhancements and Bug-fixes related to Java Applications. Experienced in Agile Delivery process knowledge, P1/P2 Incident Management, Emergency/Adhoc deployments, Problem Management with targeted ticket elimination QoQ, Product Improvements, Automation.
