Why the need SAP Implementation project. Workload increase on current BA assigned to the Manufacturing/ Supply Chain workstream. The project is midway (currently on cycle 2 of 4 of development planned). Summary Description: Key Skills: Experience as an SAP Business Analyst with expertise in manufacturing or supply chain operations domain SAP integrations/implementations/conversions experience with manufacturing modules. Visio experience - flows, mapping, diagramming PowerPointpresentations Requirements-gathering templates in Word, Excel Self-directed and great communication skills Technical experience in documenting functional requirements and helping to translate them into technical specs Top 3 skills: 1. SAP Business Analyst with manufacturing / supply chain operations expertise. 2. Experience in SAP implementation/conversion projects in the the manufacturing module workstream (i.e., Production Planning (SAP PP), Material Management (SAP MM). 3. Strong business analyst tools experience w/ Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Jira (or similar) for data/process analysis, process flows, documentation, presentations, project tracking, etc. Desired/Preferred Skills Four-year degree required with the field of study in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related experience Expertise with SAP (in manufacturing and/or supply chain areas) implementations/conversions Experience (4+ years) as an ERP Business Analyst across large, complex ERP projects Experience (3+ years) leading/participating in Agile project activities Experience with the Manufacturingmodules within SAP (i.e., Production Planning (SAP PP), Material Management (SAP MM). Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs Translates customers high-level requirements into functional specifications for IT developers Ensures requirements traceability through testing Assist in quality assurance and defining testing strategy and risks. Provide significant contributions in the testing and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software.
