Specifically assess the current architecture of the 14 FGC MS Access applications from a data and system perspective. At the conclusion of the assessment, develop and document the proposed architecture for the future landing zone within the Salesforce CRM environment. Roles and Responsibilities: The proposed architecture must depict at least the following in diagrams: hardware, software, database (logical & physical), network, and security (to include interfaces and dependencies). Once the future architecture is approved, develop and maintain the integrity of Salesforce CRM architecture during the migration/development of the 14 MS Access applications. Ensures consistency and completeness across data models. Assists in managing and directing teams technical architecture processes. Develops and documents expert practices/ standards. Possesses strong analysis, presentation, documentation, and quality assurance skills. Analyzes, determines, and documents technical requirements and impact analysis for technical and development architectures. Explains defect priorities and enhancement classifications to client. Leads systems analysis for architecture and development of new applications.. Works with organizational leadership to ensure projects are in line with long-term IT strategies and initiatives. Works with management to articulate systems and programs purpose, identifies problems, suggest changes, and determines required changes to existing applications. Provides mentoring and guidance to agency personnel and leadership when needed. Maintains awareness of new technological developments in industry and processes, and implements concepts appropriately. Leads or participates in setting the service levels for applications. Defines overall system architecture. Leads efforts in providing technical expertise, guidance, and training to the Application and Test Teams. Skills and Technologies: Experience as a Salesforce Architect on Public Sector Salesforce projects. Must have at least one of the following Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect. Must be well versed in the following JavaScript. Development tools: - SQL language. - SQL Server - HTML. - Salesforce Object Search Language (SOQL). - migration of legacy systems, especially MS Access databases to Salesforce Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Experience as a Salesforce Architect on Public Sector Salesforce projects. Required 5 Years Must have at least one of the following certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesf Required 2 Years Experience with Salesforce Object Search Language (SOQL). Required 2 Years Experience migrating legacy systems, especially MS Access databases to Salesforce Required 3 Years Experience with MuleSoft or similar tools and API programming Required 2 Years Experience with working in an Agile project environment.
